If you are not content with your order, we are here to help.
Supportive refund policy in the event your order is damaged or spoiled within 24 hours of receiving, or if there is a weight discrepancy in the amount of the fruit received. Not related to a damage or being late due to delivery, see Damages and Issues section.
Please contact us via email at support@passionfruitco.com for assistance. MUST include pictures of the fruits on a food/produce scale. ***Bodyweight or Digital Bathroom Scales are not calibrated for low weight and they will give inaccurate readings. Pictures on these scales will NOT be accepted as valid.
To be eligible for a Store Credit refund, you must notify us via email at support@passionfruitco.com within 24 hours of receiving your order with CLEAR photos of the product highlighting the issues.
Missing Items from Your Box
Start a inquiry by contacting us at support@passionfruitco.com. Replacement of the product in question, credit towards your next order or a partial refund.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and if the box arrives damaged and/or late resulting in item spoilage or damage please submit a shipping claim to the respective shipper (FedEx, UPS, USPS) and contact us as well at support@passionfruitco.com to assist with a refund in the form of a Store Credit or possible replacement.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Order Cancellations
Due to logistics, please know that orders can be cancelled at anytime up to 2 days prior to the actual shipping date.
Following reasons not covered under our refund policy.
1. Incorrect address provided or refusal of delivery when shipped according to our terms and conditions.
2. Inability to retrieve your order on the guaranteed delivery date by shipper, resulting in produce damage or spoilage.
Its important and strongly recommended that you review your shipping address before ordering. Should your shipping address change, please update it before the 2 days prior to shipping date.
Pre-Order Cancellations
If you have a paid pre-order that is awaiting fulfilment, note that there is will be a $10 cancellation fee in the want of cancelling this order. Refunds are made via store credit, in this case it will be shown as a partial refund (Order Total Minus $10). Requests are to be made directly to support@passionfruitco.com
