Passion Fruit Juice (Suco de Maracujá)

  • 1 Cup of Fresh Passion Fruit or Pulp
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • Sweetener (Sugar, Honey or None)

Combine the passion fruit pulp and water in a blender. Quick blend to loosen the pulp from the seeds. Note: The longer you blend, the more seeds will break up and will require a finer mesh strainer.
Pour the blended mix onto a juice jar using a mesh strainer to remove the seeds.
Before adding your sweetener, try Passion Fruit Juice plain, this amazing juice has a pleasant tart and refreshing feeling.

Passion Fruit Lemonade (Limonada com Maracujá)

  • 1 Cup of Fresh Passion Fruit or Pulp
  • 1 Cup of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 4 Cups of Water
  • Sweetener (Sugar, Honey or None)

Combine the Passion Fruit with the Lemon Juice and water in a large juice jar, and stir in the sweetener to acquire your desired sweetness to tartness taste.
Chill and serve.
Use mint leaves for garnish and extra freshness. 

Passion Fruit Mango Smoothie (Batida de Maracujá e Manga)

  • 4oz Fresh Mango Slices
  • 3/4 cup of Passion Fruit
  • 3/4 cup of Coconut Milk
  • 4 tbsp. of Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 3 tbsp. of Honey
  • Ice as needed.

Simply gather all the above ingredients in a blender, and blend them all together until juiced.
You can add ice cubes to create a more slushy consistency.
Pour and enjoy!

Passion Fruit & Pineapple Sangria (Sangria de Maracujá e Abacaxi)

  • 1 Bottle of White Wine, Moscato proffered
  • 2.5 Cups of Passion Fruit Juice
  • 1.5 Cups of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 Cup of White Grape Juice
  • 1 Can of Ginger Ale
  • Fresh Fruits

Chill all liquids and combine them with fruits in a large pitcher, and let chill together.
Serve the Sangria in your favorite glasses, and add ice and fresh fruits to garnish.

Passion Fruit Caipirinha Cocktail (Caipirinha de Maracujá)

  • 1 Lime, cut in wedges
  • 2 tbsp. of Superfine Sugar
  • 1/3 Cup of Passion Fruit or Pulp
  • 2 oz. of Cachaça
  • Ice Cubes

In a cocktail shaker add your sugar, lime wedges, and pulp, muddle the combination enough to juice it.
Add the Passion Fruit Pulp, Cachaça, and some ice cubes to the shaker. Vigorously shake for about 10 seconds.
Pour your perfectly executed Passion Fruit Caipirinha into your favorite glasses, add some ice, and enjoy!

Passion Fruit Mousse (Mousse de Maracujá)

  • 1/3 Cup of Passion Fruit or Pulp
  • 6 tbsp. of Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Cup of Heavy Cream
  • 1 Passion Fruit (to top over mousse)

Blend the Passion Fruit Pulp with Seeds then strain it in a mesh strainer to remove seed.
In a blender add the Passion Fruit Pulp with no seeds and Condensed Milk, and pulse a few times to combine the mixture thoroughly.
In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream to a semi-firm peak consistency, and add the Passion Fruit and Condensed Milk mixture.
Split the mixture into separate serving containers of your choosing and add the fresh passion fruit pulp to top off the mousse.
Chill it for a couple of hours and serve.
