Passion Fruit Coconut Mousse
A simple tropical dessert with the perfect balance of creamy coconut and bright, sweet-tart passion fruit.
Ingredients
- ½ cup passion fruit pulp
- 1 cup coconut cream, chilled
- 2–3 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- Fresh passion fruit for topping
- Toasted coconut flakes, optional
Directions
- Whip the chilled coconut cream until light and fluffy.
- Gently fold in the passion fruit pulp, honey, and vanilla.
- Divide into small glasses or dessert cups.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
- Top with fresh passion fruit pulp and toasted coconut before serving.
