During holiday times there may be delayed shipments. If we have address issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in rare circumstances, it may take a few days longer!
Our goal is to provide you with home decor that you’ll love. We’ll always fix or replace your order if there’s a problem. We take our quality very seriously to ensure our products compliment your home! If there is anything wrong with your order we will make it right.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a few days processing for it to be reflected in your account.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account one more time. If it’s still not there, contact your credit card company, as it may take a few days for your refund to be posted. After, contact your bank. There is often processing time before a refund is posted. If you’re still not seeing your refund populate, please reach out to us at email@example.com
Because we are a small business, we only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
